We also did a videoclip for the song "Take Me Home", created and directed by Paolo-Kun; it's not finished yet, but you can have a look at the 1.30 min. version completed so far.

If you feel this is the kind of music you like and want a copy of the cd, email bubblegumkiss@libero.it for info. The price is 5 $ or 5 euros,  shipping and handling included (6 $ for oreders from outside europe).

Some comments/reviews about our cd...

<< My recently discovered passion for the Italian music scene I have already mentioned in previous reviews.  It really has got almost scary, how much excellent music has lately emerged into daylight from the country of good wine and good food. And so, Bubblegum Kiss don't disappoint me either.  With a band name like this, it is clear that you cannot expect songs about dragons and knights - which is good considering the momentary flood of Rhapsody - and Hammerfall clones.
Refreshingly (YES!), Bubblegum Kiss have taken more onto the sounds of Glam Rock in the likes of Pretty Boy Floyd or the Big Bang Babies, and they are doing their thing damn well!  Vocalist Robby Sinz is blessed with the according nasal voice, as you are used to from Steve Summers.  Those 5 tracks could have justified a position on any album of above mentioned bands easily. You can only wish them a lot of luck.
Anyone who always wanted to take a trip down to Lollypop City (www.bubblegumkiss.cjb.net) now has the chance to!  Recommended! Vote: 10/12 >>

<< We listened to your CD on the tour bus, it sounds great - somewhere between Wheatus and The Cars! >>
(Richard West, Threshold keyboardist)

<< Has anyone been wondering whatever happened to the great bubblegum sounds of bands like Tryx, Big Bang Babies, and Prom Queen Starz? Well wonder no more, because those sounds are alive and well, and living in Italy, under the moniker of Bubblegum Kiss. The band was formed in '97, by four young dudes that describe themselves as a "power-pop party rock 'n roll band". The 5 song demo "Welcome to the Lollypop City" is one of the best I've heard in a long, long time! Songs like "Thinkin' Of You" and "Lollypop City" are pure sugar, and the ballad "Over My Heart" is a beautiful piece of work as well. The band is currently working on a second demo, but for the time being, do your ears a favor and buy this demo. >>

<<Four piece from Rome, Italy all about living live in a cartoon world full of hot chicks and lollipops! "Take me home" kicks off the cd in a great bubblegum rock style, "Thinkin' of you" is glam pop at its best while "Candy girl" reminds me of Big Bang Babies...and not just beacuse of its title. "Over my heart" slows the place a bit and closing track "Lollypop city" spots a killer riff that makes it catchier than a strawberry chewing-gum! A must if you dig the Hollywood Glam-type bands...yup, like I do! >>

<< Okay... Singer Bobby Sinz sounds like a girl[muahauahauahauaha!!! - NdRob'n'Roll], but that's no big deal, because his vocals fit perfect into the sound of BUBBLEGUM KISS: Very melodic bubblegum rock/pop with candy melodies you can't get out of your ears. Every single track is an ear-catcher first degree (check out TAKE ME HOME and you know what I mean). Great stuff (if you're into candy melodies with a big pop appeal). 8.5 Points. >>
